Clinical Trials Evidence Ladder

Where a treatment stands on the clinical-evidence ladder: registered trials, phases, outcomes and literature.

Give it a condition (and optionally an intervention) and it reads the ClinicalTrials.gov registry and PubMed to return how many trials are registered, their phase and status mix, how many completed with results posted, why trials were stopped, example trials with sponsors and enrollment, PubMed randomized-trial and meta-analysis counts, and a placement on a documented 0-6 evidence ladder with the reasoning behind it. Registry and literature facts only: presence in the registry is not efficacy, nothing is interpreted, and it never recommends a treatment or gives medical advice. Unrecognised conditions are refused unbilled.
