Insider Buying & Selling (SEC Form 4)

Open-market insider purchases and sales for any US-listed company, straight from SEC Form 4 filings.

Give it a ticker and a lookback window and it reads the company's Form 4 filings from SEC EDGAR and returns every open-market purchase and sale (insider, role, date, shares, price, value, whether it was under a Rule 10b5-1 plan, links to the filing) with totals, distinct buyers and sellers, top insiders and a cluster-buying flag. Primary-source data only, keyless. Descriptive data, not a recommendation: option exercises and awards are counted but not valued, and the output states its limits.
